The choice for a chute arrangement has an impact on the physical separation process.
Multiple material characteristics like size, shape, brightness and color distribution are processed at the same time. The illumination unit consists of state-of-the-art, liquid-cooled LED technology, enabling steady and repeatable sorting results.
Input material is evenly fed via a vibration feeder onto a chute, where it is detected by the COLOR camera. This information is evaluated by a subsequent electronic system. At the end of the chute, an ejection module with several individual valves is installed. If the sensor system detects particles to be sorted out, individual valves are opened at the exact position and the material is ejected by means of compressed air. The sorted material is divided into two fractions in the separation chamber.
Our color sorting machine can be quickly optimized for the required sorting tasks by the selection of sorting programs and sensitivity adjustments.

With high definition full colors lens,three kinds of color information of red ,green and blue materials are obtained in an all-round way,and the depth identification of small&fine impurity that ordinary color selector can not be selected.
4. Image processing system
High end full color line scanning technology,ARM+FPGA frontiers processing technology,CCD achieves 5400 point*10K scanning capture,color and shape combined with various modes of intelligent complex algorithm.The “ color selection + shape selection+penetration” solution for different ore materials is provided.
5. Solenoid valve
Adopt special ore solenoid valve,high accurate color selection,high efficiency and energy saving,intelligent for different size of ore particles.
6. Custom separation structure
Different ore sorting requirements,the introduction of single layer,double layer,single view,double layer structure can achieve the upper separation of materials,can be re-selected to the lower layer,color precision is higher.
7. According to different mineral resources,ensure that the separation effect is more stable.
8. All digital image processing algorithm
Using bionics self learning date and image processing algorithms,we can adapt to more complex materials and get better sorting results.
